General

The controller of the website www.eestiepood.ee is Onpolar OÜ, operating under the Eesti E-pood brand. Location: Tallinn, Estonia; phone +372 608 4910.

We process as little personal data as possible: only what is needed to answer inquiries and improve how the website works. We never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

What data we process

Data is processed in four situations: when you send a quote request through the form, when you have consented to analytics cookies and the website collects anonymous usage statistics, when the anti-bot check verifies the form sender, and when you book a call through the erpflow.ai booking system.

No other personal data collection — user accounts, newsletters or profiling — takes place on this website.

Quote form

The quote form asks for your name and email address, and optionally a phone number and company name, along with a project description. This data is forwarded to our inquiry management system erpflow.ai, where it is used solely to answer your inquiry and carry on the sales dialogue.

The legal basis for processing is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR, Art. 6(1)(b)). We keep inquiry data for as long as the sales dialogue requires it; after that it is deleted.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site — which pages are read and where the traffic comes from. Analytics is loaded ONLY after you have accepted it in the cookie banner; the statistics are aggregated and we do not link them to you personally.

The basis for processing is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with the “Change cookie preferences” button at the end of this page — we will then ask again. Data retention follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

The quote form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile. The check processes technical browser signals (such as browser characteristics and request behaviour patterns) to distinguish humans from bots. Turnstile shows no puzzles and builds no profile of you.

External services

We use the service providers erpflow.ai (inquiry management and call booking), Google (analytics) and Cloudflare (bot protection).

These providers may also process data outside Estonia; in that case they rely on the safeguards of the EU data protection framework, such as standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You have the right to ask what data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to processing. We respond to requests within 30 days at the latest.

If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
